Carême Sour Cream Shortcrust Pastry
Made with 20% sour cream and 34% butter, sour cream shortcrust pastry can be used in place of a traditional shortcrust pastry. It has a wonderful light melt in the mouth texture. Each 445g box contains one sheet of ready rolled pastry approx. 500mm x 250mm x 2.5mm.
It is ideal for savoury tarts (quiches) and finger food such as filled turnovers or mini tartlets.
