Bird In Hand Manzanillo Olives
Pronounced “Manzaneeo”, this variety originated from Southern Spain. They are soft, fleshy, delicatly salty and the most smooth tasting of all Spanish olives.
Manzanillo’s are best eaten with red wine or strong cheese. They are easy to de-pip making them ideal for cooking.
